"Advice is a special kind of service. That is why we sustain a corporate culture in which professional qualification and personal profile are appreciated in equal measure."
Individuals. Personalities.
Advice is a special kind of service. From people for people it is about ability and trust – two key elements when delivering a professional service and why we sustain a corporate culture in which professional aptitude and personal integrity are appreciated in equal measure.
We are uncompromising when it comes to professional qualities. Many of our employees have successfully completed international studies and training courses to develop their skills and have extensive experience of working abroad and speaking foreign languages. The ability to get to the heart of a client’s problem and develop creative solutions is a prerequisite for a career with us.
In our view, professionalism is expressed in equal degrees through personal commitment, a sense of responsibility, intellectual independence and integrity – all core values in the PKF ethos.
From our clients’ perspective, it is the combination of professional qualifications and the individual personalities of our advisers which truly set us apart.
- 352 of our over 1,000 employees are professionals (certified accountants, tax advisors and lawyers), many of whom have experience abroad and additional professional qualifications.
- In order to support our clients efficiently and effectively, we maintain a pragmatic approach, flat hierarchies and short communication channels. We are equally qualified and adept at operating nationally and internationally.
- PKF offers a wide variety of development opportunities to above-averagely qualified newcomers and experienced specialists. We support further qualification and assist with the preparation and completion of professional examinations.
